St Barnabas Press
James Hill started St Barnabas Press in 1993. As an open access print workshop, the Press has become an integral part of the Cambridge art community over the last 16 years, filling a gap in Cambridge’s printmaking scene.
“To finance a workshop with such professional equipment was not easy, and certainly to expensive for one person. So I opened my doors for all artists to use the facilities to develop their technical & practical skills. Saint Barnabas is known as the ‘son of encouragement’. I endeavour to live up to his name!’’
