Launch evening in December
The launch of the Spike Print Editions moves swiftly nearer - 7th December! We are also holding a retrospective of Peter Reddick’s work at the same time so it is now really busy in the office (well even more busy than per usual). But it is also very exciting. One of the members on our Management Committee, Maita Robinson, sings in a large community choir called People of Note, who recently won a bronze medal in Barcelona. They have agreed to sing at 7pm on the launch evening, to welcome everyone - how exciting! Apparently there will be around 60 of them so the sound in the gallery at Spike Island will be amazing. That kind of ‘happening’ is an event that will go down in history.
