Become a Spike Print Studio member

Spike Print Studio offers access to specialist printmaking equipment and a wealth of expertise for experienced printmakers, together with professional opportunities for artists. We also welcome budding printmakers, recent graduates, MA Printmaking students, and others on a case-by-case basis. We are currently FULL, but when you apply via our online enquiry form, you will be added to our waiting list and someone will be in touch when we can offer you an induction.
If you have never printed before or not been to our studio then you can start by taking one of our courses at the studio, and then when you are ready, join us as a Day or Evening Access member. Those with more experience or who want more access may opt for Standard membership. Professional printmakers with significant experience in our studio can join as Keyholders. This allows more access to the studio and during weekends.
Our studio has a great reputation for producing professional and innovative work, and we encourage all of our members to aspire to this standard. Before joining, members must demonstrate proficiency and independance in at least one process, an awareness of their responsibilities within the studio, and undertake a studio health and safety induction with our Technical Manager.
