Join artist and printmaker Lisa Takahashi for a fun and engaging two-day workshop exploring the creative possibilities of multi-block linocut printing.

Over the course of two days, participants will design and print their own two-colour linocut artwork - from the first sketch to the final print. Instead of carving one block for the whole image, you’ll learn how to carve a separate block for each colour. This opens up lots of creative possibilities and encourages playful exploration of colour, layering, and variation.

Lisa has worked as a printmaker for over 12 years and has exhibited widely, including at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, and with the Royal Society of Painter-Printmakers, the New English Art Club, and the Royal Society of British Artists.

Her teaching is rooted in the belief that everyone has their own creative voice, and her workshops are designed to help participants discover and express that through printmaking. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to build on existing skills, you’ll be supported to explore, experiment, and enjoy the process of making.
